LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwire - September 24, 2009) - Vencor International, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: [ VCOR ]) announces 2008 internally audited financial information has been updated and reviewed through its last fiscal year end.

The company is working to complete 2009 financials in order to restore compliance for listing on NASDAQ pink sheets by the end of the first quarter 2010.

Vencor International is in the advanced stage of vetting additional business opportunities and partnerships to restore and build shareholders value.
