WOODLAND HILLS, CA--(Marketwire - September 8, 2009) - Great American Group (OTCBB: [ GAMR ]) (OTCBB: [ GAMRW ]), an auction, liquidation and asset valuation firm, announced the appointment of Bob Moore as the new Senior Vice President of Metals and Manufacturing Valuations. Bob will provide guidance and assistance in developing insightful metals-related valuations globally.

Bob has over 30 years of experience in the metals & manufacturing industry across many different functional areas such as sales, product management, marketing, operations and general management. Prior to joining Great American Group, Bob was employed at Sector3 Appraisals, Inc., as Vice President of Metals Valuations and Appraisals. Prior to Sector3 Appraisals, he held various senior sales and marketing management roles within a variety of metals industry companies such as Steel Summit Holdings, Inc., All Metals Service & Warehousing, Inc., Carolina Steel Service Center and Edgcomb Metals Company. Bob has an impressive track record in increasing sales, building longstanding customer relationships and increasing profitability. Bob has a business degree with a major in Marketing from East Tennessee State University, and will be based out of Greenville, SC.
