Astronauts Suni Williams and Butch Wilmore, who were initially stuck in space due to technical issues with their Boeing Starliner spacecraft, are now on their way back to Earth. After a series of delays caused by thruster malfunctions and helium leaks, NASA and Boeing confirmed that the spacecraft is now safe for re-entry. The astronauts, who have been aboard the International Space Station (ISS) since June 6, are expected to undock from the ISS and begin their descent, with a planned splashdown off the coast of Florida. This mission marks the first crewed test flight for the Starliner, aimed at certifying it for future regular trips to the ISS.
