The two mass participation cycling events will be held on September 12 and 14, 2013, before the [ Québec City and Montréal Grands Prix Cyclistes ], which are part of the [ UCI WorldTour ]. The partnership continues Quebecor's long tradition of support for cycling, a sport that now has many thousands of fans and practitioners in Québec.
