Kenergy Scientific, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: KNSC) GREENSMART STORE Has Successful Holiday Season

FLEMINGTON, NJ--(Marketwire - Jan 12, 2012) - Ken Glynn, President and CEO of GreenSmart Stores and Kenergy Scientific, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: [ KNSC ]), today reported that the company's FLEMINGTON GREENSMART STORE had a successful Holiday season, even though it was shorter than expected. He reported that the day after Black Friday, winds affected local telephone lines and shut down internet service and cash register functions at the store. The systems and store were not fully functioning for about a week, and then the store enjoyed a strong sales showing during the last three full weeks before Christmas. Some interesting facts emerged from the Holiday and post-holiday sales. One is that the Amish Surge Heaters, the Ecoist purses, the Teflon-free Bialetti non-stick pans and the solar lights are very popular and are selling at rates far greater than expected. The second is that returns of Holiday gifts were less than 1% of sales! This compares extremely well to the national retail return average of over 30% and Ken believes that this is a very strong indication of customer satisfaction with the products as well as the exceptional quality of the products sold.

Ken is inviting anyone interested in franchising to contact him for a visit to the FLEMINGTON GREENSMART STORE to view both the concept and the inventory arrangements. The Store is located at 325 Rt 202, Flemington Marketplace, Flemington, NJ 08822. Shareholders are invited to come to the GREENSMART STORE, where we have everything you need for a GREENSMART day!
