WHEATON, Ill.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--First Trust High Income Long/Short Fund (the "Fund") (NYSE: FSD) declared the Funda™s regularly scheduled monthly common share distributions for December, January and February in the amount of $0.1335 per share.

A portion of these distributions may come from net short-term realized capital gains or return of capital. The Fund is a diversified, closed-end management investment company that seeks to provide current income. The Fund has a secondary objective of capital appreciation.
